TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASKDRKAN AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
